Ron Cupertino
Founder & Principal
Ron Cupertino is the Founder and Principal of RockYield Capital. He leads the firm with a simple rule that hasn't failed him yet: protect the principal first—and don't get cute with other people's money.
Ron's career spans real estate development, construction, and investment management, which means he's as comfortable walking a job site as he is reviewing a balance sheet. He's seen what happens when discipline is ignored—and when patience is rewarded—at every level of capital, from institutional portfolios to personal savings built one paycheck at a time.
RockYield was created to reflect that perspective. Ron runs the firm with institutional standards, but a grounded, human approach. He believes investing shouldn't require complexity to be sophisticated, and that clarity is a form of respect—especially when capital represents years of someone's hard work.
When he's not working, Ron is a husband, father, and lifelong builder who believes success is measured not just by returns, but by how they're earned. He founded RockYield to serve investors who value stewardship over speculation—and who believe that when capital is managed with integrity, discipline, and faith, the outcomes tend to take care of themselves.
